News from the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city on January 2nd said: The Trade Union of Chien Dan commune organized a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, to evaluate the results achieved in the past year and set out directions and key tasks for 2026.
Attending the Conference were Ms. Dang Ai Lien, Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee of the City Labor Federation; Comrade Tran Thi Thu Sang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chien Dan commune, Comrade Nguyen Thi Cuc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tay Ho commune and representatives of leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan, Tay Ho, Phu Ninh communes.
In 2025, the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune has well promoted the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
The work of caring for the lives of union members continues to be implemented effectively. Propaganda and education work; patriotic emulation movements are widely deployed, creating a vibrant emulation motivation among union members and workers.
At the Conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chien Dan commune commended 2 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2025.
On this occasion, the Commune Trade Union launched the 2026 emulation movement focusing on 5 main contents including: Activities to celebrate the success of the 1st Da Nang City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.
Establishing 1 new grassroots trade union, admitting 100 new union members and workers to participate in the trade union organization; on average, each grassroots trade union introduces at least 1 outstanding union member to the Party for consideration, training and admission.
Propagate and mobilize union members and workers to participate in the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; 100% of union members and workers are taken care of in terms of material and spiritual life during the Binh Ngo Tet 2026.
