News from the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city on September 12 said: The Trade Union of Chien Dan commune organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Phuc Hoang Ngan Co., Ltd. and the CĐCS of Khang Anh Intercom Co., Ltd.; and at the same time admitted 143 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hieu - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune congratulated the 2 grassroots trade unions and new union members. At the same time, she requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to urgently stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, and assign specific tasks to each Executive Committee member.
Grassroots trade unions need to proactively coordinate with employers to well implement regimes and policies for workers; strengthen grasping the thoughts and aspirations, and promptly propose solutions to legitimate issues of union members and workers.
In addition, the Executive Committees of 2 grassroots trade unions need to gradually innovate the content and methods of operation, organize practical programs to care for the material and spiritual life of union members; propagate and mobilize employees to well comply with the internal regulations and rules of enterprises and actively participate in building developed enterprises.
With 143 newly admitted union members, 2 grassroots trade unions at Phuc Hoang Ngan Co., Ltd. and Khang Anh Intercom Co., Ltd. will contribute to expanding the gathering of workers into the Trade Union organization, promoting the role of a bridge between workers and employers, towards building stable and progressive labor relations, contributing to promoting sustainable business development.
