Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City on June 20 said that in response to the Action Month for Children in 2026 and to celebrate the success of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031, Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union continues to implement the 3rd campaign of the "Raising Steps for Children to School" model.
Through this, mobilizing 4 more grassroots trade unions and businesses in the area to sponsor children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union directly visited, sent thanks and performed the ritual of receiving the symbolic board of sponsorship from units, committing to long-term companionship and support for students who are children of union members in difficult circumstances, including: Shin Heung Vina Co., Ltd., Nhat Anh Co., Ltd., Dong Giang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. Trade Union and Son Ha Duy Xuyen One Member Co., Ltd. Trade Union, with a support level of 6 million VND/year/student.
Thus, after just over 2 months of implementation, through 3 consecutive campaigns, the "Raising Steps for Children to School" model of Duy Xuyen Commune Trade Union has connected and mobilized the companionship of grassroots trade unions and businesses in the area to sponsor a total of 20 students who are children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a support level of 500,000 VND/month/student, with a total amount of 120,000,000 VND/year.
The results achieved in a short time are vivid proof of the strong spread and profound humanistic meaning of the model, while also showing the spirit of responsibility and joint efforts of the business community in caring for and protecting children and implementing social security in the locality.
