On July 27, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of CAVALRY Coffee Production & Service Co., Ltd. with 10 union members.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).
Attending the program were Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Duy Nghia Commune People's Committee; Ms. Truong Thi Hoai Nhan - Deputy Head of the Economic Department of Duy Nghia commune; Mr. Le Van Luong - Director of the Company, along with union members and employees at the enterprise.
CAVALRY operates in the field of coffee production and services, and also organizes experience tours for domestic and international visitors, introducing processes from processing, roasting, grinding, mixing to product finishing.
From the specific operational characteristics of the enterprise, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union orients the Executive Committee to promote the expertise and skills of union members; coordinate with the Company's leaders to ensure labor safety, food hygiene, improve product quality and build a professional service style. Union members and workers will be the force directly introducing the production process, coffee culture and CAVALRY image to customers, tourists and the community.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only creates more support and channels to represent workers but also contributes to building a responsible, creative, and friendly workforce; accompanying businesses to improve service quality, promote products and develop sustainably.
