On March 11, the Executive Committee of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City had a working session with Hoang Chau Mechanical - Construction Co., Ltd. to exchange, propagate and mobilize the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises.
Hoang Chau Mechanical - Construction Co., Ltd. was established on February 15, 2002, operating in the field of mechanical - construction, currently has over 20 employees working regularly, with an average income of over 10 million VND/person/month. In addition, depending on each project, the seasonal labor force can be up to 50 people.
At the working session, Ms. Lam Thi Vy, Party Committee Member, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, exchanged views on the role and functions of the Trade Union organization; the benefits of establishing grassroots trade unions in enterprises.
Stated that the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises is of practical significance, contributing to the development of trade union organizations, representing the voice of workers and building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
At the same time, he requested businesses to pay attention to creating conditions for employees to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term on schedule.
Through exchanges, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Chau, Director of Hoang Chau Mechanical - Construction Co., Ltd., agreed on the policy of mobilizing workers to participate in trade union organizations.
At the same time, assigning Mr. Huynh Ngoc Diep, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, in charge of finance, to coordinate with Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union to complete procedures to proceed to establish grassroots trade unions in the near future according to regulations.
It is known that Mr. Huynh Ngoc Chau is a delegate of the People's Council of Nam Phuoc commune for the term 2021 – 2026, and continues to be introduced to participate in the candidacy for delegate of the People's Council of Nam Phuoc commune for the term 2026 – 2031.
