On October 14, the Trade Union of Ngai Giao Commune (HCMC) announced that it had successfully organized the 1st Delegation Conference, term 2025 - 2030, with the participation of leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation's Area Management Working Group No. 6, leaders of Ngai Giao Commune and 50 official delegates.
The Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union was established on July 1, 2025, currently managing 46 affiliated grassroots trade unions, with about 7,642 union members. In the past time, the unit has deployed the assignment of tasks; coordinated with the government and relevant sectors to supervise the implementation of policies and regimes for workers; coordinated to organize many activities, focusing on caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union sets many goals to strive for such as: 100% of enterprises and public service units with 20 or more employees establish grassroots trade unions; 100% of commune trade union officials participate in local movements; strive to classify as emulation to achieve Good or better performance of tasks every year...
On this occasion, the Conference also announced the personnel decision of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Trade Union of Ngai Giao Commune, term I, 2025-2030. In which, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan is the Chairwoman of the Commune Trade Union.
On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan expressed her determination to unite, promote tradition, uphold the sense of responsibility, excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing to building an increasingly strong commune trade union organization.
