In 2026, 11 commune and ward trade unions directly under the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) are divided into two emulation clusters. Emulation cluster No. 1 includes ward trade unions: Tan Thanh, An Xuyen, Ly Van Lam, Bac Lieu and Gia Rai. Emulation cluster No. 2 includes commune trade unions: Vinh Loi, Phuoc Long, Cai Nuoc, Thoi Binh, Nam Can and Tran Van Thoi.
At the Conference, units discussed and agreed on key contents in the 2026 emulation movement, focusing on improving the quality of trade union activities; caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting propaganda, developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions and effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements...
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Ly Cong Bac - Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged and highly appreciated the solidarity and responsibility of units in the emulation cluster in the past time. Mr. Bac requested commune and ward trade unions to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; pay attention to caring for and supporting union members in difficult circumstances; promote propaganda and digital transformation in trade union activities; develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions; and at the same time promote emulation movements associated with the political tasks of the locality and the tasks of the Trade Union organization.
On this occasion, representatives of commune and ward trade unions in the cluster signed emulation agreements, showing determination to unite and strive to successfully complete the targets and tasks of trade union work in 2026.
Through the Conference, it aims to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere among units, contributing to the successful implementation of assigned targets and tasks; improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and building trade union organizations to develop more and more in the new situation.
