Ca Mau - Establishing the grassroots trade union of Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd., admitting 1,662 workers to the Trade Union organization.

On May 16, at Khanh An Industrial Park (Ca Mau province), the grassroots Trade Union of Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd. held a Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union and admit 1,662 workers to the Trade Union organization.

Attending were Ms. Ngo Diem Phuc - Standing Vice President of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Le Van Diep - General Director of the Company and Deputy General Directors of the Company, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Minh Phu Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company.

At the Congress, delegates listened to reports on the process of mobilizing the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the direction and tasks of grassroots trade union activities for the first term, 2026 - 2030; Announcing the number of employees who have applied to join the Trade Union organization; announcing the establishment of the grassroots trade union of Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd. At the Congress, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Minh Phu Khanh An Seafood Processing Co., Ltd. for the first term, 2026 - 2030, including 15 members, Mr. Huynh Hai Dang - Deputy Director of Administration - Human Resources of the Company was trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union, term 2026 - 2030.

Speaking to direct at the Congress, Ms. Ngo Diem Phuc - Standing Vice President of the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation - congratulated the grassroots trade union on its official establishment; at the same time, requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to soon develop operating regulations, promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively coordinate with the company's leadership to take care of the material and spiritual life of employees; actively propagate and mobilize union members to well comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the company's labor regulations; effectively organize labor and production emulation movements, contributing to building sustainable businesses.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Van Diep, General Director of the Company, thanked the attention and support of the Provincial Labor Federation in the process of mobilizing and guiding the establishment of grassroots trade unions. Mr. Diep affirmed that he will create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, contributing to improving the lives of union members and workers, contributing to building a stable and long-term working environment and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
