The Fire and Rescue Team (CC&CNCH) of Thai Binh area, the Fire and Rescue Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police have just coordinated with Thai Binh business location - Spectre Vietnam Garment Technology Co., Ltd. to organize fire safety and rescue propaganda, and at the same time practice fire fighting plans at the company (hamlet 4, Vu Tien commune, Hung Yen province).
Participating were 65 people who are grassroots fire prevention and fighting team members and officials and employees. The activity aims to raise awareness, responsibility and skills in handling fire and explosion situations, contributing to proactively preventing and limiting damage when incidents occur.
At the propaganda session, reporters informed about the fire and explosion situation nationwide and in Hung Yen recently; analyzed the causes, disseminated legal regulations and guided measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety at the grassroots level.
In addition, functional forces guided the use of fire fighting vehicles, escape skills according to the built diagram and organized fire fighting and CNCH drills.
According to the scenario, when a fire is detected, the on-site force issues an alarm signal, notifies the relevant force, uses initial fire fighting equipment to control the fire; and at the same time guides workers to escape, gather in a safe area, and provide first aid to injured people.
