The highlight of this work is still the movement of Good at public affairs, good at home affairs. The movement is concretized to suit the reality of the unit, so it attracts a large number of women to participate and achieve good results.
In particular, the biggest result is that women have overcome difficulties, completed assigned tasks well, strived to assert themselves, and built a prosperous and happy family. In 2024, the whole industry will have over 95% of female union members, workers and civil servants achieve the title of "Seven-edge" and many families achieve the title of "Cultural Family".
In addition, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade and Trade Unions at all levels have implemented and replicated many models such as "Your Health", "Mother's Milk Supplement room at Workplace", "Summer Camp for Workers' Children", "Cultural Family", "Cultural Village" ... Thereby contributing to improving spiritual life, maintaining a happy home for each family of workers, civil servants and laborers.
The Trade Union of Industry and Trade also promotes propaganda to female union members and workers about the Party's policies and the state's laws related to female and child labor such as the amended Trade Union Law, the amended Law on Social Insurance, the amended Labor Code, the Law on Marriage and Family, the Law on Gender Equality, the Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence and guiding documents for implementation; Directive No. 27/CT-TTg dated August 15, 2024 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the implementation of population work in the new situation; Resolutions related to gender equality, population, family, children; implementing activities on the occasion of the Action Months, anniversaries of gender-specific celebrations...
