With the theme "Innovation and innovation, improving labor productivity", Mr. Vu Manh Kha - Chairman of the Trade Union of Petrovietnam Group - launched Workers' Month - Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 with many practical activities, towards grassroots levels, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. At the same time, associated with the goal of propaganda, affirming the role of the working class, raising awareness about Occupational Safety and Health, improving working conditions, building a safe culture, associated with improving productivity, quality and business efficiency in 2026.
Speaking at the ceremony, VGCL President Nguyen Anh Tuan highly appreciated the plan to implement activities of Petrovietnam Trade Union levels during Workers' Month. This shows that the Party Committee and leaders of Petrovietnam Group always pay attention to and create conditions for the Trade Union organization to operate, promote the capacity of union members and workers. However, activities need to pay attention to being implemented practically, bringing more practical efficiency not only for workers but also for businesses. At the same time, the work of caring for workers is not only material and spiritual but also towards training, improving qualifications and working methods, to make more and more contributions to the business's growth goals.
To make the Trade Union organization the first place that union members and workers come to when facing difficulties, we must try harder in care work, must be comprehensive, create synchronous welfare from life to sustainable employment and possibly even to the children of workers, to safety in labor production and business, safety in life, in food hygiene..." - President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized.
In addition, it is necessary to create conditions for employees to promote initiatives in their work. When employees love their professional work, there will be many initiatives to overcome difficulties and rise up in their work. Hopefully, the Trade Union will advise the Group to organize more effectively the "Good Labor - Creative Labor" movement that has been very successful in the past.
In the coming time, Petrovietnam Trade Union will continue to strongly innovate and effectively launch the movements "good labor, creative labor", affirming the bravery and intelligence of "Fire Seekers" to aim to complete labor production tasks and achieve growth targets in 2026 and in the coming time.
