Topping the list is APAX English Joint Stock Company of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy - aka Shark Thuy (2nd floor, building 25T1 Hoang Dao Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi) with 57 months of late payment, with an amount of more than 60,165 billion VND.
Next is LILAMA3 Joint Stock Company (No. 86 Tan Xuan Street, Xuan Dinh Ward, Bac Tu Liem District), 117 months late in payment, with an amount of more than 46.6 billion VND;
Cau 12 Joint Stock Company (463 Nguyen Van Linh, Phuc Dong, Long Bien) is 90 months late in paying, with an amount of more than 30 billion VND;
Xuan Kien VINAXUKI Automobile Joint Stock Company Branch - Automobile Factory No. 1, Me Linh, 149 months late in payment, with an amount of more than 25.5 billion VND;
Song Da 6 Joint Stock Company (Van Khe, La Khe, Ha Dong district) is 51 months late in paying, with an amount of 22.5 billion VND...
Based on current regulations on the principle of contribution - benefit, when enterprises and units are slow to pay or avoid paying, all benefits of employees related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance are affected, leading to many serious consequences.
Employees who quit their jobs do not receive timely settlement of social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance benefits such as sickness and maternity benefits; employees who are eligible for retirement do not receive timely settlement of retirement benefits; do not receive unemployment benefits...
In the coming time, to reduce social insurance debt as well as ensure the rights of employees, Hanoi Social Insurance will continue to publicize the list of enterprises that are late in paying social insurance on mass media; regularly grasp information on the business situation to have measures and solutions to urge and prevent late payment, not to let new late social insurance payments arise, recover long-term late payments; transfer the files of units that are late in paying, evading payment and not implementing inspection decisions and conclusions to the police agency, recommend investigation and prosecution according to the provisions of Article 216 of the Penal Code 2015.
