On August 1st, the grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company said that the grassroots trade union executive committee had just conducted a survey and is implementing a plan to take all company workers to travel in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province), with a number of more than 42,000 people.
Accordingly, starting from September 2026, the company's grassroots trade union began to take workers on sea tourism to Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province.
Workers will travel for 3 days and 2 nights at Nha Trang beach, take the cable car to visit and have fun at famous tourist destinations, participate in a fun Gala program...
Due to the large number of workers, the travel plan will be divided into many phases. In which phase 1, the time starts from September 2026 and is implemented sequentially by workshop, each workshop with about 1,000 workers. It is expected that the program will last about 3 years to take all 42,000 workers on trips.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company said that this is an annual program to encourage the spirit of union members, creating conditions for workers to rest and relax after a hard working time.
In previous years, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Company to organize for all workers to travel to Vung Tau, Phan Thiet and Da Lat.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company has more than 42,000 employees, of which more than 99.9% of employees are trade union members. The average income in 2025 of employees is nearly 12 million VND/month.
