The Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company said that in order to encourage workers in difficulty, with the support from the higher-level trade union and the company's Board of Directors, the Trade Union of the company supports union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
Supported subjects include: Union members and employees whose working hours have been reduced, who have stopped working, whose labor contracts have been suspended, or who have stopped working without pay due to the company cutting or reducing orders (from July 1, 2024 to present); Union members and employees who are the main breadwinners in their families and are currently living in subsidized housing or rented houses; Employees who have had accidents during the production process; Union members who are the main breadwinners and are in particularly difficult circumstances; Union members in difficult circumstances.
Support levels are divided into 4 levels.
In which, level 1 supports each person with 1 million VND and 1 gift (for 1,000 people); Level 2 supports each person with 700,000 VND and 1 gift (for 3,000 people); Level 3 supports 500,000 VND and 1 gift (for 1,000 people); Level 4 supports each person with 1 shopping voucher worth 300,000 VND (for 2,000 people).
Chairman of the Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company Dinh Sy Phuc said that this is a practical activity to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the company to have a warm and complete Tet holiday.
