On February 11, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Panko Vina Co., Ltd. said that on February 10, the enterprise paid the January 2026 salaries and the 13th month bonus to employees as announced.
According to records, workers have received January 2026 salary, an average severance allowance of 2-3 million VND/person, and a 13th month bonus of an average of 8-10 million VND/person.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hoang, the company still arranges office staff to resolve issues related to employee resignation such as: closing social insurance books, decision to resign... so that employees can enjoy benefits according to regulations.

Previously, at the end of December 2025, Panko Vina Co., Ltd. announced the cessation of production and business activities at the factory in Ben Cat ward, Ho Chi Minh City from February 1. Information about the company's closure caused many workers to worry, especially in the context of the Lunar New Year approaching. Immediately after that, workers stopped working collectively to request the company to clearly notify issues related to the rights of workers when stopping operations.
After grasping information about the incident, reporters from Lao Dong Newspaper were present at the company to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of workers, and at the same time went to boarding areas to record the difficult lives of workers during the Tet holiday. The Trade Union and functional agencies also joined hands with businesses to protect the rights of workers.
After that, Panko Vina Co., Ltd. issued a new notice, clearly informing about the full payment of the above welfare regimes to employees.
Supporting workers who lost their jobs before Tet
Talking to reporters, the leader of Working Group No. 9 of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation said that the unit had visited Panko Vina Co., Ltd. and announced the implementation of policies to support union members who lost their jobs. Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation supported 2,700 union members at enterprises with 1 million VND each.
In addition, units also organize job introductions for workers. Currently, many workers have found new jobs, stabilized their jobs and lives before Tet.
