Many bonus regulations to encourage labor
Currently, Tan De Company has 9 factories, with about 15,000 workers working in Hung Yen province. Working at Tan De Company, union members, workers and laborers always receive practical attention and care from leaders and trade unions.
For example, female workers during the period of raising children under 12 months old are given a 60-minute day off during their working period to suckle, express, store milk, and rest while still receiving full salary and benefits. Pregnant female workers working in heavy and toxic jobs under type IV working conditions are entitled to a reduction of 1 working hour per day but still receive full salary and benefits until the end of their childcare period under 12 months old.
In addition to ensuring rights; holidays and Tet; employees are entitled to take a day off, receive full pay during holidays, a total of 11 days/year.
Tan De Company cooperates with the Executive Board of the Trade Union to develop many bonus regulations such as job day bonus, weekly, monthly, annual bonus, recruitment introduction labor bonus, technical innovation initiatives, step-by-step bonus for children to go to school, bonus on national holidays...
nurturing future generations
Not only taking care of union members and employees, Tan De Company also takes care of their children. A series of activities were organized such as giving gifts to encourage and motivate children of workers with good academic achievements to achieve the title of excellent student from the provincial level and above and visiting and encouraging children of workers who have overcome difficulties to strive in their studies.
For each occasion of preparing for the beginning of the new school year, the company has a program to take children to school with an amount of 6 million VND/person, expected to spend 79 billion VND in 2025. On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the company gives cakes to employees, each worker is a gift worth 158,000 VND/person.
Previously, in March 2025, the company organized the minigame "I love the environment" on the Fanpage "Tan De House" and awarded prizes to 14,000 employees with a prize of up to nearly 3 billion VND and presented over 12,000 trees for children to plant at home.
The most prominent program this year is the program "Tan De with children to welcome summer 2025" with the participation of nearly 15,000 children of workers with a total estimated cost of nearly 6 billion VND. The program is held at factories where parents work, where children can participate in useful playgrounds and visit their parents' workplaces.
Participating in the program "Tan De with children to welcome summer 2025" with her daughter, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh - a worker at Tan De 7 factory said: "This year, I let my daughter participate in a program organized by the company. In addition to playing activities, children also practice being child firefighters, gaining more knowledge to protect themselves. For us workers, it is very meaningful to have the company take care of our children.
In August 2025, the company organized 2,000 children to represent and attend the program "Con em Tan De bao cong don to bac".
As one of the very few enterprises in the country that organizes large-scale and regular summer programs for children of employees, Mr. Le Tuan Thien - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan De Company said: "All activities demonstrate a real and long-term concern in accompanying employees to nurture, care for and educate the younger generation. This is also the company's way of affirming the sustainable development philosophy: not only focusing on production and business but also focusing on taking good care of the family life of each staff and employee".
