The Trade Union of Tuoi Than Tien - Dai Thanh Private Kindergarten organizes the 2025 - 2030 Trade Union Congress - The opening session for the peak period of organizing the Trade Union Congress of units and school enterprises under the Thanh Tri Commune Trade Union.
The report at the Congress said that the school's Trade Union currently has 79 union members, teachers and staff. This is a young, dynamic force, actively participating in educational, artistic and sports activities, contributing to the vitality of the Trade Union movement at the grassroots level.
For the past 2 consecutive school years, the school's Trade Union has been commended by the Thanh Tri District Labor Federation (old) for its outstanding achievements in Trade Union work; and at the same time won the Second Prize in tug of war at the District Sports Festival (old).
The union maintains activities such as sick visits, weddings, giving birthday gifts, holidays, organizing annual picnicking tours, regular health check-ups for workers... All are carried out transparently and in accordance with the union regulations.
The work of protecting the rights and interests of union members has been implemented systematically, with 100% of union members participating in the dialogue at the workplace, having full information about the regime, working environment, and contributing personal opinions.
For the 2025 - 2030 term, the school's Trade Union has identified the key goal: "Building a clean and strong Trade Union" in the spirit of the action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The Trade Union will continue to ensure 100% of policies for union members, build 1-2 key models with the criteria of "Safety - Standards - Digital Transformation", fully participate in emulation movements and strive to achieve the title of Trade Union for excellent completion of tasks.
Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Ho Thu Trang, Chairwoman of Thanh Tri Commune Trade Union, suggested that the school Trade Union should focus on a number of key tasks such as: Continuing to closely follow the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels, implementing the work program in accordance with the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Hanoi City Labor Federation. Promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members; proactively advise and propose to schools in implementing policies and regimes for workers.
