With the spirit of "Innovation and creativity - Promoting digital transformation - Improving productivity and efficiency", Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union marked a prominent mark in Workers' Month 2026 with many innovative activities, practical care and promoting digital transformation for workers.
Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union currently manages 64 grassroots trade unions with 7,622 union members and 9,527 workers in many fields such as administrative, non-business, business, and commercial services. In the process of implementation, the Ward Trade Union received the attention and direction of the Hanoi Labor Federation, local Party committees and authorities, and the active coordination of units and businesses in the area.
Right from the beginning of the year, the Ward Trade Union has proactively developed plans, organized dissemination to 100% of grassroots trade union officials, launched emulation movements associated with the application of science and technology, digital transformation and improving the quality of trade union activities.
The programs "AI Innovation - Spreading Labor Spirit", the "Digital Trade Union - Digital Innovation" Contest have attracted a large number of union members to participate, contributing to improving digital skills and arousing creative spirit in the workforce.
Activities to care for life have been widely deployed. The Ward Trade Union has presented 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; organized free health check-ups, signed union member welfare programs with medical facilities; implemented the "Trade Union Meal" program at 45 grassroots trade unions with more than 6,500 union members participating.
A highlight in Workers' Month 2026 is the bold application of technology in trade union activities. The Ward Trade Union directed the pilot model "Electronic Office - Trade Union Management Digitalization" and "Digital Trade Union App - Companion of Workers", contributing to improving management efficiency and strengthening connections between trade union organizations and union members.
In addition, union member development achieved results exceeding targets when 11 new grassroots trade unions were established, 456 union members were admitted and 40 new union members were developed. Emulation movements have spread strongly with thousands of interactions on digital platforms, more than 100 media articles and many creative activities at the grassroots level.
The achieved results affirm the pioneering and innovative role of Ba Dinh Ward Trade Union in building a modern, close-knit trade union organization, accompanying workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and developed labor relations.
