Organize regular health check-ups twice a year for workers; Cancer screening and gynecological examination for female workers every month for 100 people/month at a cost of 900,000 VND/person at a specialized hospital. Support childcare and rental for workers living far away with a rate of 200,000 - 500,000 VND/person/month; Heat prevention and control, construction of milk storage rooms, breast milk preservation for female cadres, employees, and workers raising young children...
