I believe that sharing family work with my wife not only reduces pressure on my wife but also creates understanding and connection between family members, helping the family maintain order, harmony and progress," Mr. Duy shared.

Over the years, Mr. Duy's family has continuously achieved the title of Cultural Family in the locality, material and spiritual life has been increasingly improved, ensuring the criteria of prosperity, equality, progress and happiness.

Mr. Duy's wife is a bank employee, in the period 2022-2025, she was also continuously recognized by the working unit with the title "Advanced Laborer", as an outstanding individual at the grassroots level in the emulation movement "Building, developing brands and implementing corporate culture" in 2025.

Mr. Duy's two sons are both obedient, have a sense of moral training and study well. The eldest son is currently in 6th grade, and has been a good student for many consecutive years; the second son is currently in 2nd grade, continuously achieving the title of good student over the years.

Work is not without pressure, but I have a family as an important support. The understanding and sharing of my wife and the encouragement of my parents help me feel secure in my work.

I always think that each successful project is not only the result of my personal efforts but also the silent contribution of my family behind me," Mr. Duy said.

Mr. Duy added that he is very touched and proud that his family is 1 of 95 families of workers, civil servants, and laborers who have just been honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

This recognition is very meaningful because it not only recognizes the results of work but also recognizes the efforts in maintaining and building family happiness. This is also a source of motivation for me to continue to trust and be attached to the trade union organization and strive harder in my work. In the coming time, I will try to learn, improve my professional qualifications, and at the same time maintain good values with my family to be worthy of the trust and recognition of the unit and the trade union organization," Mr. Duy emotionally shared.
