Training communication skills for union members
Over the past time, the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board has implemented many practical activities associated with the task of preserving and promoting heritage values, strengthening tourism development links, ensuring security and order, and innovating communication work.

In those activities, the team of officials, employees, and trade union members of the unit always actively participate, contributing to spreading the image of My Son World Cultural Heritage to domestic and international tourists.
Notably, the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board has coordinated with the Da Nang City Traditional Art Theater, Hang Gop Eco-tourism Joint Stock Company and Minh Phan Tourism Service Co., Ltd. to exchange and find solutions to develop My Son night tourism.
The activity aims to exploit the depth of Cham cultural values, the spiritual space of the temple and tower area, festival rituals and stories about the "valley of gods"; thereby contributing to the formation of new, unique, attractive and sustainable tourism products.
In the context of digital transformation becoming an important requirement for the tourism industry, the unit also focuses on fostering Marketing and Digital Communication skills for officials and employees.
The training content focuses on digital content building skills, photography, short video editing, destination promotion on Facebook, TikTok, Website, artificial intelligence (AI) application in communication activities and destination brand building.
Thereby helping union members and workers proactively innovate thinking, improve professional skills, gradually adapt to digital transformation requirements, contributing to promoting the image of My Son World Cultural Heritage more and more effectively.
With the characteristic of being the unit directly managing, preserving and promoting the value of My Son World Cultural Heritage, each official and employee not only performs professional tasks but is also an "ambassador" spreading the image of heritage, contributing to building a safe, friendly, professional and civilized tourism environment.
Deploying "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace
The grassroots trade union of the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board (under the Trade Union of Nam Phuoc commune, Da Nang city), currently has 138 union members, reaching 100% of the unit's employees.

Over the past time, the grassroots Trade Union has always closely coordinated with professional departments to care for the lives and protect the rights of union members; and at the same time create conditions for union members and workers to study, improve their qualifications and professional skills, build a professional and responsible workforce, contributing to spreading heritage values and serving the needs of tourists better and better.
In particular, in the coming time, the grassroots Trade Union of the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board is expected to be the second unit in Thu Bon commune, after the grassroots Trade Union of Phan Ngoc Anh Construction Materials Co., Ltd., in coordination with the Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Thu Bon Commune Police and related units to implement the model of "Labor Safety Culture in the Workplace" with the content "My Son Relic without cigarette smoke", "Civilized tourist destination, no tobacco".
The model aims to build a green - clean - beautiful, safe, and friendly working environment and tourist destination; raise the awareness of union members, workers and tourists in preventing and combating the harmful effects of tobacco, contributing to building a civilized and professional image of My Son World Cultural Heritage Site in the eyes of domestic and international tourists.
