According to the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd., in order to promptly take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers on the occasion of the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the CDCS has closely coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to implement many practical and meaningful activities, creating a joyful and excited atmosphere throughout the unit.
Before the Lunar New Year, the Company's Trade Union organized the Workers' Sports Festival to celebrate the 14th Party Congress, attracting over 400 union members and workers from workshops and departments to participate.

The sports festival is organized soi noi with many suitable competition contents, creating a healthy playground, contributing to health training, strengthening the spirit of solidarity, exchange, and bond between union members and employees throughout the company. Thereby creating motivation for labor and production emulation in the last months of the year.
The Company's Trade Union has developed and implemented the Organizing Plan for the "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program in 2026. Mr. Vo Thanh Nha - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union said: According to the plan, the program will be held on the evening of February 6, 2026 (December 19 of the lunar calendar) at the Xuong A football field, with the participation of leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation, local leaders, the Company's Board of Directors and a large number of union members and employees working at the unit.
The "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" program in 2026 includes many rich and practical contents such as prize-winning folk games, cultural exchanges, the "Samho Workers' Singing Contest 2026", Spring Ao Dai performances, Tet gifts for union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents, occupational diseases, critical illnesses, policy families, and a lucky draw program with many valuable gifts.
Mr. Vo Thanh Nha said: "Through activities such as sports festivals and the "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program, the Trade Union wishes to bring union members and employees a warm and fulfilling Tet. Along with activities organized by the Trade Union, the Board of Directors of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. has issued a notice on the Tet holiday schedule, Tet bonus and salary increase plan for 2026, showing concern and companionship with employees. Accordingly, employees will have Lunar New Year holiday from February 15, 2026 to the end of February 22, 2026, returning to work on February 23, 2026.
Regarding Tet bonuses, the company will pay 100% of Tet bonuses on February 12, 2026 through employees' bank accounts. The bonus level is calculated based on actual working hours, of which the lowest bonus is 300,000 VND.
In addition, the company also implements many practical care forms such as giving Tet gifts in cash worth 200,000 VND/person, giving lucky money at the beginning of the year of 100,000 VND/person to employees who are still working until February 27, 2026. On the side of the grassroots trade union, it organizes Tet gifts for union members on February 10, 2026 and gives lucky money of 100,000 VND/union member on February 12, 2026.
Notably, right from the beginning of 2026, An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. implemented a basic salary increase for all employees with an increase of 280,000 VND/person, applied from January 1, 2026.
