While doing professional tasks of repair, maintenance, and repair, realizing that the machinery and equipment were not operating at full capacity, my colleagues and I researched and improved to achieve the best results. The initiatives not only improve the performance of machinery, benefiting the company hundreds of millions of VND, but also help me learn and improve my qualifications and skills" - Mr. Tuyen shared.

Every year, the company creates conditions as well as supports costs for employees to register and implement initiatives to increase labor productivity.
