Initiatives contribute to the development of the company
Originally from Gio Linh district (Quang Tri province), Mr. Le Duc Tuan has been working at Huong Hoa Cassava Starch Factory (Huong Hoa mountainous district, Quang Tri province) under Quang Tri Trading Corporation Joint Stock Company for 20 years.
When mentioning him, workers as well as the company's leaders clearly know that he is the author of many important initiatives, contributing to improving the production and business efficiency of Huong Hoa Cassava Starch Factory.
For example, in 2022, Mr. Tuan had a very useful initiative to install a washing pump for the pus separator, helping to improve the quality of cassava starch, and the initiative to put the bottom dishes of the 3rd pass into the 4th and 2nd passes of the dishes to separate - helping to increase the efficiency of starch recovery.
Not stopping there, in 2023, he continued to propose the initiative to build a double-spoke pipe for the 3rd step water separator, helping to bring the flour through the crude tanks of step 1 and step 2, while renovating them to be the side doors for cleaning the heat recovery pipes of the drying kiln. These initiatives not only help optimize the production process and reduce operating costs, but also improve product quality, better meeting market requirements.
Mr. Ho Xuan Hieu - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quang Tri Trading Corporation Joint Stock Company said that Mr. Tuan's initiatives not only contribute to the development of Huong Hoa Cassava Starch Factory, but also have a profound impact on the emulation movement for creativity among staff and workers. Continuous efforts
Mr. Le Duc Tuan is the manager of the production workshop of Huong Hoa Cassava Starch Factory, responsible directly to the workshop manager for managing many issues of personnel in shifts, equipment, productivity, quality and recall efficiency, and consumption norms. In addition, Mr. Tuan is also responsible for implementing regulations on labor discipline, managing the inspection of input materials, managing the inspection of product quality, food safety and hygiene, etc.
With the assigned responsibility and the responsibility of a Party member, I always strive in my work to be able to complete the tasks Mr. Tuan shared.
Thanks to his significant contributions, he has won many titles and Certificates of Merit, including being honored as Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level for 6 consecutive years. From 2020 to 2023, he was continuously awarded the Certificate of Merit for Party members who have excellently completed their tasks. Notably, in 2020, he received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province and a Certificate of Merit from the Trade Union of Industry and Trade of Quang Tri province as a testament to his persistent contributions.
Not only does he complete his tasks excellently, he also plays an important role in leading the factory's workforce, inspiring and encouraging the working spirit of his colleagues. With high dedication and responsibility, he always promotes professionalism in his work, while constantly learning and improving his professional knowledge to improve the production process.
Mr. Le Duc Tuan's great contributions have been worthyly recognized, he was honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor as an outstanding worker, an exemplary Party member with a positive impact on the collective.
