Hanoi Trade Union launches emulation campaign to promote initiatives

Hanoi - Hanoi City Labor Federation launched the emulation movement in 2025. Including promoting initiatives and technical improvements.

The Hanoi City Labor Federation launched an emulation movement among workers, civil servants and laborers and all levels of the Capital's Trade Union in 2025 with the theme "Determination to innovate, actively create, improve labor productivity, work efficiency, save, fight waste, welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Patriotic Emulation Congresses at all levels, and the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress".

For the business sector, the City Labor Federation launched a movement to compete to improve skills, promote initiatives, improve techniques, and promote research and application of science and technology to improve labor productivity and work efficiency. The key movements include "Skilled workers, creative workers", "Skilled workers in the capital", "Creative initiatives in the capital", "Reviewing theory, practicing skills, competing for skilled workers"...

For the administrative sector, the City Labor Federation launched an emulation movement to complete work tasks, build a strong political system, and continue to mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; key emulation movements include: "Good people, good deeds", "Good advice, good service", "All people join hands to build new countryside", "For the poor - No one is left behind" and "Promoting administrative reform".

Responding to the emulation campaign of the City Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones Trade Union said that he will organize an emulation campaign with the content of mobilizing union members and workers to actively study and practice vocational skills and expertise to meet the requirements of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution.

Promoting initiatives, technical innovations, applying new technical advances to production, improving labor productivity and product quality, motivating workers to participate in solving difficulties in production and business, ensuring jobs and income, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, promoting sustainable business development...
