In 2025, despite facing many difficulties, Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company still completed the set goals. Total revenue reached over 112 billion VND; production of dry rubber latex of more than 1,200 tons; preliminary processed wood 901 m3, refined wood 423.7 m3 and wood chips more than 10,400 tons. Average income of employees reached more than 7 million VND/month, creating a foundation for businesses to continue to care for welfare at the end of the year.

Mr. Le Van Binh, a worker at Phu Quy Wood Branch - Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company, said that this year the job is stable, the income is steady, and the company is also very concerned about the workers, so the brothers are assured to work and stick with them for a long time.

According to Mr. Nguyen Son Phong, Deputy Director of Viet Trung Quang Binh Joint Stock Company, the Company has also signed orders with partners until mid-2026. This helps businesses proactively plan production, ensure jobs, stable income and implement Tet care activities for employees.

Based on positive production and business results, the company's leadership has agreed to pay the 13th month salary to all officials and workers, helping employees have more conditions to cover Tet expenses.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Trang, a body transfer worker, said that the working environment here is also good and stable, modern machinery and equipment helps increase productivity, orders are regular, and welfare and social security regimes are fully implemented by the Company, so workers are assured to stick with it.
