After the holidays, recruitment demand in industrial parks in the North increased sharply. At Bac Thang Long Industrial Park (Hanoi), recruitment information of Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd. is heavily posted.
This enterprise recruits general laborers aged 18-50 with income ranging from 10-14 million VND/month, with information that the total bonus can be up to 16.2 million VND.
Not only Canon, in Hung Yen, Mektec Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thang Long II Industrial Park) also offers an attractive income of 10-15 million VND/month.
According to recruitment information, the basic salary is about 5.5 million VND, the rest comes from allowances and overtime. This business also supports free dormitories for the first 3 months, organizes shift work and a regulated environment - a factor attracting young workers.
In Bac Ninh, Hojeong Co., Ltd. also "launched" many policies to attract human resources such as immediate bonuses for new people, allowances, and seniority salary increases. The announced income is from 10-13 million VND/month, for positions such as QC workers, machinery workers, and warehouse workers. Notably, the business also arranges buses to pick up and drop off workers at many points in Soc Son (Hanoi).
In addition, some other units in Thang Long, Quang Minh (Hanoi) also apply a fairly high hourly wage, about 300,000 VND/8 hours of day shift and nearly 400,000 VND/8 hours of night shift; if working overtime or on holidays, the income level may increase significantly.
Returning to Hanoi after the holiday, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan (25 years old, from Phu Tho) quickly looked for a job at Thang Long Industrial Park. In just a few days, he received applications from 3 electronics businesses.
There is no shortage of jobs now, but each place has a different style. Some places have high salaries but many overtime shifts, and some places do not have clear insurance regimes. I will prioritize choosing a company with clear benefits and a shuttle bus," Mr. Tuan said.
Meanwhile, Ms. Le Thi Hanh (22 years old, from Nghe An) chose to work at Mektec Hung Yen because she has dormitory support: "Newly starting work, not having a stable place to live, housing support is very important. The salary is not the highest but suitable for me".
According to records, the sharp increase in recruitment demand after the holiday is an annual rule, when businesses need to compensate for fluctuating labor and accelerate production.
However, Lawyer Nguyen Doan (Hanoi Bar Association) recommends that workers need to carefully research recruitment information, especially about labor contracts, social insurance and working conditions.

Reality shows that many cases of posting recruitment news still have the situation of "high salary but no social insurance contribution" or short-term weekly salary payment, posing risks.
Job opportunities after the holiday are opening up more than ever. But to ensure stable income and long-term benefits, workers need to be alert to choose, and businesses also need transparency and sustainability in recruitment policies to retain human resources" - Lawyer Doan informed.
