Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Van Sinh affirmed: "VIETBUILD 2026 International Exhibition is an important bridge to connect supply and demand, promote innovation and spread green and sustainable development trends in the construction industry". The Deputy Minister also provided more information about the economic situation with GDP growth in the first quarter reaching a rate of 7.83% and the simultaneous deployment of 564 key projects nationwide.


Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Le Quang Nam shared: "Da Nang will promote the application of digital technology associated with administrative reform, taking people and businesses as the center of service". The data report shows that in the first quarter of 2026, the total product in the city increased by 8.45%, of which the construction sector alone recorded a growth rate of 15.04% compared to the same period last year.
This year's exhibition attracted 220 participating units with a scale of nearly 1,000 booths from countries and territories such as Japan, India, China, Italy and Germany. The exhibition areas focus on groups of building materials, interior decoration, electrical equipment and types of machinery serving green traffic. In addition to product introduction activities, the organizers also hold forums on digital technology trends and practical material science seminars. The exhibition will continue to be open to visitors until the end of May 10.
