Increase salary and bonus to attract workers
Mr. Nguy Hoc - Finance Director of Universal Apparel Company Limited - informed that in addition to taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees during the year and before Tet, the program of giving lucky money after Tet is carried out annually at the company, to encourage workers to work fully. Currently, the company also continues to promote recruitment and will have separate rewards for skilled workers.
Mr. Thai Minh Hien - Head of Production Department, Spectre An Giang Vietnam Garment Technology Co., Ltd. - said that from 2025, the company will increase salaries for employees, with 200,000 VND/month for direct production workers and office staff will be increased proportionally.
“The order situation has shown good signs from the end of 2024 and ensures production until the end of June 2025. The production plan ensures that workers can work with peace of mind. In case of acceleration, the company will work 2 more hours/day so that workers can have appropriate rest time,” Mr. Hien added.
According to statistics from the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, up to now, all 47,589 union members, workers, and laborers working at 275 enterprises with trade unions have returned to business and production activities after the Tet holiday.
