The company adjusts to increase seniority allowances for officers and employees with a working period of 6 months or more. In particular, the seniority allowance is also used by the company as the basis for monthly social insurance contributions for employees.
The lowest allowance after adjustment is 100,000 VND/month for employees with a working period of 6 months and the highest is 500,000 VND/month for employees with a working period of 5 years or more.

According to records, many workers working at the company are very happy to have new income added to their monthly salary.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung (26 years old) - a garment worker who has worked for 13 months said that the company is always at the forefront of other businesses in terms of welfare policies, making employees very happy and giving them more motivation and confidence to stay long-term.
"At the beginning of the year, the company increased the basic salary for workers, recently increased the food allowance, now increased seniority allowances. Compared to other businesses, the salary and allowances here are quite high, said Ms. Dung.
Sharing more, Ms. Dung said that with an additional allowance of 200,000 VND/month, she no longer worries about breakfast to work. When she learned that this allowance was also used to pay social insurance, the female worker was even happier.
"In addition to seniority allowances, my social insurance salary is even higher. This is very beneficial for me when I receive sick leave, especially maternity leave in the coming time as well as pension insurance when I am old" - Ms. Dung said.
Previously, Amara Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (Nam Dinh) also adjusted to increase seniority allowances for officers and employees working there. The condition for receiving seniority allowances is that employees have worked at the company for 3 months.
The lowest level when working for 3 months, employees will receive 150,000 VND/month. The highest seniority allowance when employees have worked for more than 15 years is 630,000 VND/month.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thu (28 years old) shared that she has worked at the company for more than 6 years. With this new increase, female workers receive 450,000 VND/month.
The allowance of 450,000 VND helps Ms. Thu cover her daily expenses. With this amount of money, she will use it to pay for her family's monthly electricity and water bills.
According to the female worker, seniority is like a bond that holds workers together at the company. Because if they quit their jobs and then returned to work at the company, seniority will have to be recalculated from the beginning like new employees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc (35 years old) - a worker who has only worked for 3 months at the company was quite surprised to receive seniority allowances.
In many other companies, we have to work for more than a year, or at least 6 months to get seniority allowances. The company has supported employees for 3 months and has received 150,000 VND/month, proving that it highly appreciates employees" - Ms. Ngoc said.
Ms. Ngoc said that the current seniority allowance is quite competitive compared to companies in the region, supporting some of the monthly gasoline to work.
The female worker aims to work long-term to conquer the next seniority milestones as well as ensure a stable income with the company in the future.
