Stable growth, sustainable income creation
Established in 1966, Hung Yen Garment Corporation - Hung Yen Garment Joint Stock Company is currently one of the leading garment manufacturing units in the country, with the State capital accounting for 31%. The main products including jackets, long pants, shirts, dresses... are exported to the US market (accounting for 70%), EU (15%), Japan (10%) and other countries (5%).
Despite facing many general fluctuations in the textile and garment industry, businesses still maintain a stable growth rate and ensure income for workers. In 2024, the average income will reach 12 million VND/person/month, an increase of 5.3% compared to 2023. It is expected that the whole year of 2025 will reach 12.72 million VND - an increase of 6% over the previous year.
In addition to salary, the enterprise also pays many allowances such as shift meals, housing, travel, raising young children, diligence... with an average of more than 2.1 million VND/person/month. The company does not owe wages, fully complies with annual leave, pays wages on time and is transparent.
The enterprise established an internal training center to improve skills, supplement digital transformation skills, meet the requirements of Industry 4.0 with nearly 85% of workers trained annually. Along with that, the company invested in a kindergarten with 14 classrooms, caring for 450 children of workers; built a housing area with 65 closed rooms for workers in remote areas, especially ethnic minority workers. The cafeteria ensures food safety and has not had poisoning for many consecutive years.
Trade Union stands side by side with workers
At Hung Yen Garment Corporation, employees are allowed to participate, dialogue and decide on contents directly related to their rights. The enterprise organizes 3-level annual employees' conferences and periodic dialogues at least once a year, to record and respond to recommendations from the establishment.
Collective labor agreements (effective until 2027) have many provisions higher than the law, such as an average bonus of more than 33 million VND/person/year, diverse allowances, childcare support, retirement, holidays, illness, birthday parties, gifts on holidays, Tet... In addition, 100% of employees are allowed to visit and travel each year, including trips abroad for typical workers. The Corporation's Trade Union plays a central role in protecting the rights and interests of union members, with 100% of employees participating in the union. The trade union has its own account, public revenue and expenditure, and has regulations on coordination with enterprises in all activities.

From supporting sickness, difficulties, family insurance to maintaining cultural institutions, all activities are aimed at the highest goal of caring for and accompanying workers.
Under the support of the trade union and business leaders, the creative labor emulation movement has developed strongly. Each year, up to 350 - 400 advanced initiatives and operations are applied to production, earning tens of billions of VND. To date, 11 individuals have been awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, of which 2 individuals are honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.
