At Hanoi University of Science and Technology, this year the school has forecast the benchmark scores for all majors, according to the following methods: Talent admission (12.2 based on international certificates and 1.3, based on interviews), thinking assessment test scores and high school graduation exam scores in 2025.
According to the school, the benchmark score forecast is based on the types of common scores and enrollment data for previous years. With the high school graduation exam scores, the majors expected to get the highest benchmark scores including Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AdvancedCT) with over 27.8 points.
The advanced electronic mechanical engineering (CT) is forecast to have a benchmark score ranging from 24.5 to 26.3 points.
In addition, for other methods, the standard score is predicted on a scale of 100.
In which, based on the thinking assessment test score, the standard score for the Mechanical and Electronic Engineering major is 58.1 - 64.73 points.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology said it will convert the score to a common scale of 30 according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The forecast of admission scores to 65 training programs in 2025 of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is as follows:

For the University of Transport, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa - Head of the Department of Testing and Training Quality Assurance, University of Transport - expected the lowest benchmark score to be 20.
For groups with the highest entrance exam scores in previous years such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electromechanical Engineering, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa predicts that the exam scores will not fluctuate much, if there are, the reduction will be very small. The remaining industry groups will have fluctuations in benchmark scores, with a decrease of 0.5 - 1 point.
"It is expected that the benchmark scores for these majors will be stable at 25.5 to nearly 27. For most of the remaining majors, the benchmark score may decrease by about 0.5 - 1 compared to last year, at 22 - 24 - Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoa analyzed.

At the University of Electricity, Dr. Trinh Van Toan - Head of Training Management Department, University of Electricity - commented that the admission score is likely to fluctuate slightly compared to last year, depending on the trend of candidates registering for wishes.
According to Mr. Toan, after the school conducted a preliminary survey, many traditional majors still maintained a stable attraction. In particular, majors in the engineering - technology group are continuing to attract a large number of candidates such as Information Technology, Logistics, Control and Automation Engineering Technology...
For hot majors such as engineering and technology, the possibility of a sharp decrease in the benchmark score will be very low. We predict that the standard score this year can remain stable or decrease slightly depending on the major - Dr. Toan predicted.
In 2024, the admission score for the University of Electricity based on the results of the high school graduation exam ranges from 19.5 to 24 points.
Of which, the Mechanical and Electronics Engineering Technology major took 24 points.
