Accordingly, the dissemination and implementation of Party directives and resolutions; State policies and laws; guidance and direction of the General Confederation of Labor on women's trade union work, and the work of mobilizing female cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers have been fully implemented.
Activities on the anniversaries are organized in many diverse and rich forms, with high practical meaning, many good, creative and flexible ways of doing things integrated into trade union activities and professional activities at agencies and units, thereby encouraging women to enthusiastically perform their assigned tasks well.
Emulation movements among female cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers continue to be promoted, especially the emulation movements "Good at public work, good at housework"; "Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families".
Trade unions at all levels have done a good job of political and ideological education for female union members, proactively and creatively organizing many meaningful commemorative activities with diverse and rich forms, to promote propaganda work and encourage women to enthusiastically perform their professional tasks well.
Trade unions at all levels should do a good job of advising and proposing to Party committees at all levels and leaders of agencies and units to pay better attention to caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in accordance with the regimes and policies of the State and the General Confederation of Labor.
The Women's Union at all levels has advised the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Union in caring for and protecting the rights of female workers; proactively advised the unit's leaders in planning, training, fostering and appointing female cadres.

The organization honored and rewarded 1,385 students who won national and international prizes in the fields of nature, society, culture, art, sports... including 347 students who won first prizes and gold medals; 370 students who won second prizes and silver medals; 515 students who won third prizes and bronze medals and 153 students who won encouragement prizes.
On the occasion of Workers' Month and in response to the Month of Action for Children 2024, the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union presented 65 gifts to female union members and children of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in difficult circumstances or suffering from serious illnesses at 18 affiliated trade unions, with a total value of 65,000,000 VND.
Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union at all levels has organized and delivered talks on topics for female union officials at all levels with more than 300 sessions attracting more than 30,000 female officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers to participate;
