Last year, the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union promoted the role of the Trade Union organization as a member of the councils of agencies, units, and enterprises related to emulation, rewards, discipline, training, salary increase, appointment, and rotation of cadres; participated with the Head of the agency and Director of the enterprise in carrying out activities to ensure democracy, publicity, and fairness in the implementation of rights and benefits for employees, social insurance, health insurance, leave, maternity, welfare, etc. are implemented in a timely and guaranteed manner.
