Similar to Vinh Bao district , according to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the district's Confederation of Labor, through grasping the employment situation at businesses in the area, most businesses have regular orders, ensuring jobs and income for workers directly from 6-15 million VND/person/month.

Recruiting thousands of workers
