Of which, nearly 50% of employees received the highest bonus. This is also the recognition of the company's Board of Directors for the efforts of the factory's employees to complete the production target.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Dong Nai province - said that through the reports of 360 enterprises with a large number of workers, it shows that most of them have plans to give bonuses for the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 to their employees. With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the whole province plans to spend about 450 billion VND to take care of more than 700,000 union members and workers.
