On August 22, the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) held a conference to announce the decision to establish commune and ward unions in the area.

At the conference, representatives of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to establish 24 commune and ward unions; appointed the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and positions in the Executive Committee of the Commune and Ward Trade Unions, including: Bu Dang Commune, Dong Phu Commune, Loc Ninh Commune, Chon Thanh Ward, Phuoc Binh Ward, Binh Phuoc Ward, Xuan Loc Commune, Dinh Quan Commune, Long Khanh Ward, Trang Bom Commune, Nhon Trach Commune, Tan Trieu Commune, Tan An Commune, Tam Phuoc Ward, Phuoc Tan Ward, Long Hung Ward, Ho Nai Ward, Trang Dai Ward, Long Binh Ward, Tam Hiep Ward, Tran Bien Ward, Bien Hoa Ward, Dong Xoai Ward and Long Thanh Commune.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor requested that commune and ward unions quickly stabilize and come into operation to meet the requirements of the tasks.

At the same time, it is required that the trade unions of communes and wards carry out 6 key tasks such as: Developing and promulgating working regulations, assigning tasks to the Executive Committee to clarify people, work, and responsibilities; Pay attention to implementing well welfare activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights of workers; Commune and ward trade unions coordinate with grassroots trade unions to negotiate the signing of collective labor agreements, building harmonious labor relations; Focus on promoting the propaganda of the Party and State's policies and guidelines; Urge grassroots trade unions to collect union fees and trade union funds correctly, fully and promptly; Successfully organize the 2025 - 2030 grassroots trade union congress, towards the 2026 - 2031 Vietnam General Confederation of Labor...
