At noon on August 21, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Quoc Dung and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor Bui Thi Bich Thuy attended a Union Meal with union members and workers of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa ward). This is an activity to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025).

According to the Trade Union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd., this is a very meaningful activity, demonstrating the concern of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the company for union members and employees working at the company.
Pouchen Vietnam Co., Ltd., specializing in shoe production, has about 14,000 employees.

The Union lunch on August 21 organized by the Union of Pou Chen Vietnam Co., Ltd., each meal includes: fried snakehead fish, sour soup, stir-fried bean sprouts/sweed stewed sponge, fried chicken thighs, flan cakes, fermented milk and 1 box of milk. The value of each meal is about 69,000 VND/meal.
At the central kitchen, leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, the grassroots union and the company's Board of Directors visited, encouraged and attended the Union Meal with all employees.
Also on August 21, the Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune) organized a "Union Meal" program for all employees. This is a practical activity to show gratitude and care for workers' lives, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and cohesion in the collective.

Attending the Union Meal with the workers were Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor and union officials, the Board of Directors of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. and ate with the workers.

Within the framework of the "Union Meal" program in 2025, the Union presented a "Union Shelter" worth 60 million VND to union members with difficult housing circumstances; at the same time, presented nearly 60 gifts and support money to union members who are disabled workers and have special circumstances.

In particular, more than 17,000 meals (each worth about 65,000 VND) are served at the company's eateries with a warm, full menu: tamarind shrimp, stewed beef, squash bone soup, boiled cabbage, banana, bird's nest water and squash tea.
The company's grassroots union expressed its gratitude to all workers who have made and are making important contributions to the sustainable development of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd.
