Responding to the Month of Action for Gender equality and Prevention and response to gender-based violence in 2025, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized the Forum "Gender equality, prevention of gender-based violence among workers and laborers" at Hai Phong Garment Enterprise - Branch of Anh Minh Seafood Import-Export Processing Joint Stock Company.
At the forum, reporters of the Trade Union Working Committee and the City Labor Federation disseminated and propagated the key contents of the Law on Gender equality and the Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence. At the same time, share knowledge and skills to help workers identify, prevent and effectively respond to gender-based violence in life and work. Workers also get to see real-life situations through the play "Days of the Year" and the rewarded exchange section to better understand the shared content.
The forum aims to raise awareness and responsibility of employees, employers and trade unions in promoting gender equality, building a safe, respectful and humane working environment, contributing to the implementation of the goal of women's progress and sustainable development of businesses and society.
