Conference to evaluate the results of activities, goals, targets, and solutions for the implementation of the 2025-2030 term of Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union. The Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union was established under Decision No. 256/QD-LDLD, dated September 24, 2025 of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, assigned to monitor and manage 73 grassroots Trade Unions with 6,663 union members.
The labor and employment situation of employees in the area is relatively stable and has gradually improved. The average income of workers in the production sector is over 8 million VND/person/month. Labor relations in the ward are basically stable, there are no labor disputes, no prolonged collective work stoppages affecting security and order.
Grassroots trade unions proactively and actively play a good role in representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; innovate propaganda, mobilization, education, enhance political capacity, legal awareness, industrial style, and labor discipline of workers. Along with that, actively participate in building the Party, building a clean and strong government; effectively promote patriotic emulation movements of Trade Unions at all levels.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Duong Kinh Ward Trade Union strives for 7 key targets. In particular, propagating to mobilize and develop 300-450 new union members, establish 7-10 new grassroots unions; complete 100% of the target of the city assigning enterprises with grassroots unions to organize negotiations and sign collective labor agreements. During the term, at least 1,000 union members and workers will benefit from union welfare programs; at least 500 union members and workers in difficult circumstances will be directly supported by the union every year.
