The Congress listened to a report on the results of implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress for the 2023-2025 term. Aurora Vietnam Shoes Industrial Company Limited currently has 5,100 people, 100% of workers are union members, of which 4,400 are female union members. From 2023 to present, the production and business situation of enterprises has been stable, and jobs for workers have been guaranteed with an average income of 8.7 million VND/person/month.

During his term, the company's Trade Union performed well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Right from the time new employees join the company, along with promoting the development of union members, the union advises on points to be concerned about when signing labor contracts, wages, working hours, working conditions, social insurance regimes... Every year, the union advises the human resources department and business leaders on a reasonable salary and benefits adjustment plan (time allowance of 25,000 VND/person/day; holiday bonus of 100,000 VND/person/day; seniority allowance from 40,000-500,000 VND/person/month along with fuel allowances, accommodation, children...).
The settlement of rights and obligations for employees is in accordance with the provisions of labor law and company rules. The workers' conference is held annually for businesses to share about production and business plans and development directions of the factory. Collective labor agreements with more than 25 provisions are more beneficial than legal regulations and are highly appreciated by state management agencies and higher-level trade unions. Thanks to that, labor relations at enterprises have been maintained in harmony and stability, without disputes or work stoppages for many years.
At the congress, delegates approved the personnel plan for the 2025-2030 term, elected 14 delegates to the new term Trade Union Executive Committee; elected 1 delegate to the Hai Phong City Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term; approved the Congress Resolution. For the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Trade Union sets 7 key targets: 100% of employees are union members; 100% of union officials are trained and trained in trade union work; 100% of union members and employees are propagandized, disseminated, and educated about the law. Every year, 90% of departmental and group trade unions meet strong standards; achieve and exceed the target of mobilizing contributions to the Trade Union Shelter Fund. During the term, the union introduced 15-20 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train, and admit; the enterprise had no labor disputes, no complaints, or denunciations beyond the level.
To successfully implement the Resolution of the 5th Congress of the Company's Trade Union, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation suggested that immediately after the Congress, the new term Trade Union Executive Committee should quickly start developing a specific action program. The Company's Trade Union focuses on caring for and taking care of the lives and work, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members to promptly share and answer. In particular, special attention is paid to health care and cultural and spiritual life for workers. The union propagates, encourages and motivates union members to study, improve their skills and expertise, pay attention to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; focus on organizing classes to foster professional skills, foreign languages, soft skills... for union members. The Chairman of the City Labor Federation also hopes that in the coming term, the Company's Board of Directors will always pay attention to and create conditions for the Union Executive Committee to successfully complete its tasks, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
