Many initiatives help workers benefit
The family of Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang - Standing Vice Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City) - is 1 of 95 families just commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) as Typical Workers' and Employees' Families in the period 2021 - 2026.
In his role as Standing Vice Chairman of the grassroots trade union, Mr. Quang has had many initiatives in trade union activities and achieved many achievements in the past year such as: Innovating the method of "Mobilizing the development of new union members" to achieve high efficiency by always maintaining 100% of workers participating in the trade union organization and having developed over 7,000 new union members in the past period; "Improving the quality of collective labor agreement negotiation" with many clauses that are more beneficial to employees in the company.
In addition, Mr. Quang and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of the company successfully negotiated with the enterprise to implement programs to support workers in difficult circumstances in many diverse and effective forms after the COVID-19 pandemic with a total budget of over 12 billion VND; Supporting loan programs to help workers overcome economic difficulties, contributing to pushing back black credit. In the past 5 years, the trade union has guaranteed loans for workers of over 750 billion VND, helping many families stabilize their lives and develop their family economy.
Mr. Quang also mobilized businesses to support social security programs, support people in the Central and Northern provinces affected by natural disasters and storms; support trade unions to care for union members and workers in Workers' Month programs; programs to support difficulties for workers; build "Trade Union Homes", establish the "TKG Golden Heart" fund and the "Loving Arms" fund...
Raising children to study in the best conditions
In addition to taking care of workers, Mr. Quang and his wife have raised their children to study well.
Mr. Quang shared that, in addition to his professional work, he also always strives to work hard, use financial resources reasonably to ensure stable family finances, and raise and educate his children in the best conditions.
Thanks to that, Mr. Quang's family is always assessed as harmonious, happy, progressive, husband and wife harmonious, children obedient and filial to grandparents and parents; his children are all obedient and study well...
Ms. Le Thi Dung - Mr. Quang's wife - is a skillful and responsible woman, playing an important role in keeping the fire of happiness and taking care of the health of the whole family. She also actively participates in local activities and movements, constantly improving her studies in supporting children with autism spectrum disorders.
Mr. Quang's daughter, Nguyen Nhu Quynh, is currently a 2nd year student at the University of Banking (HCMC) and is always obedient and studying well, from grade 1 to grade 3, she always achieved the title of excellent student in all aspects, and is always actively participating in youth union work at school.
Mr. Quang's son, Nguyen Huu Hao Phong, who is currently in 7th grade, is also always obedient and studying well, from grade 1 to grade 2 and always achieves the title of comprehensive excellent student, always actively participating in movements organized by the school.
