The Prime Minister issued Decision 759/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2025 approving the Scheme on arranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing local governments with two levels.
Regulations on public non-business units under Section 1, Section V Project issued together with Decision 759/QD-TTg on the plan to reorganize administrative units at all levels as follows:
For public non -business units
- Maintain the non -business units of education and health and transfer to the commune authorities to manage lower secondary schools, primary schools, preschools and health stations of new communal units to ensure health care for people right at the grassroots level and ensure adequate schools and classes for students' learning in the commune level.
- For other non -business units, the Government directs and guides the streamlining units, ensuring the supply of many basic and essential public services in the administrative units of communes, inter -commune and ward.
Thus, according to Decision 759/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2025, education and health care units are kept and transferred to the commune-level authorities to manage lower secondary schools, primary schools, preschools, health stations of new communal units to ensure health care for people at grassroots levels and ensure sufficient schools and classes for students' learning in the commune level.
For other non -business units, the Government directs and guides the implementation of Unit, ensuring the supply of many basic and essential public services in the administrative units of communes, inter -commune and ward.
