Article 5 of Decree 106/2022/ND-CP stipulates the classification of job positions as follows:
- Classification according to workload
(1) The job position is taken up by one person.
(2) The job position is held by many people.
(3) Co-working position.
- Classification according to nature and content of work
(1) leadership and management job position.
(2) Job position, professional title.
(3) Typical job positions with professional titles (administration, synthesis, office management, cadre organization, financial planning and job positions not holding professional titles of public service units).
(4) Supported and service job position.
