Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 178/2024/ND-CP stipulating the policy of importing people with outstanding qualities and capacity.
Accordingly, cadres, civil servants and officials specified in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree with outstanding qualities and capacity, with particularly excellent achievements to contribute to agencies, organizations and units, they are entitled to the following policies:
The salary is raised by one step (the time to hold the new salary level is calculated according to the time of holding the old salary level) if the last salary is not ranked in the rank or title.
The percentage of cadres, civil servants and public employees who are raised to a one-level salary is in the rate of not exceeding 10% of the total number of cadres, civil servants and public employees who are raised salary levels ahead of time due to excellent achievements in the annual tasks of agencies, organizations and units prescribed in Clause 2, Article 7 of Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP of December 14, 2004 of the Government on the regime of salary and civil servants. Thus, commune -level civil servants have outstanding qualities and capacity, with particularly excellent achievements to contribute to agencies, organizations and units, they may increase their salary:
