Ha Tinh has no businesses owing workers wages

Ha Tinh - By the time of the Lunar New Year 2025, Ha Tinh has not recorded any enterprises or units owing wages to employees.

According to information from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh, up to now, in Ha Tinh province, there are no units or enterprises that owe salaries and wages to employees.

Ha Tinh province currently has 10,226 enterprises, branches, representative offices, business locations, and cooperatives in operation.

The total number of employees working in enterprises and cooperatives is 158,814 people. Of which, employees working in enterprises are 98,968 people; employees working in cooperatives are 59,846 people.

According to reports from the People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, up to now, in Ha Tinh, there have been no enterprises cutting down on labor due to lack of orders or production reduction; the salary and welfare regimes of employees are implemented in accordance with current laws.

According to the salary survey results at 3,500 units and enterprises, the average salary of workers is 10.3 million VND/person/month, higher than in 2024.

The highest salary is 185.5 million VND/person/month, belonging to a foreign-invested enterprise; the lowest salary is 3.45 million VND/person/month, belonging to a private enterprise.

Also according to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh province, the highest Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 in Ha Tinh is 190 million VND, belonging to a foreign-invested enterprise.

This area also recorded the highest average Tet bonus for workers at 20 - 30 million VND/person.

The area with the lowest Tet bonus is small and medium enterprises with an average Tet bonus of 300 thousand to 1 million VND/person.
