The contest is a practical, useful and healthy activity, helping to promote the dynamism, creativity, ingenuity and diligence of workers, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere and improving spiritual life. This is also an opportunity for everyone to exchange, learn and share experiences about work, social life and family.
The contest contributes to creating unity in the Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union organization and consensus among cadres, union members and workers to effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Resolution of the 19th Congress of the Hai Duong Provincial Trade Union and the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels (term 2023-2028).
Participants are union officials, union members, and workers of the direct superior unions at the grassroots level, grassroots unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor, and Central grassroots unions located in Hai Duong province.
Each team must demonstrate their ingenuity and housekeeping knowledge to complete a Vietnamese family meal for 6 people, suitable for all ages (grandparents, parents and children). The meal must reflect the meaning of the contest theme. The cost for each meal is 900,000 VND (including fruit and drinks).
In addition, each team must also present an artistic flower arrangement to display at the dining table, with a budget of 300,000 VND (including flowers and decorative materials). Within 30 minutes, each team must complete a work with a theme of their choice (homeland, country, love, family happiness, Vietnamese women), ensuring aesthetics, creativity and appropriate meaning.
Regarding the prizes, the first prize winning team received 4,000,000 VND; second prize 3,000,000 VND; 3 third prizes 2,000,000 VND and 17 consolation prizes, each worth 1,000,000 VND.
The 2025 “Nutritious Meal and Artistic Flower Arrangement” Contest is scheduled to take place on March 5 at the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Culture House (Hai Duong City).
