On January 6, a number of clips appeared on Facebook recording the scene of two female workers rushing into a scuffle right at their workplace before the intervention of many people.
The incident was determined to have occurred at a factory of VIENERGY Footwear Co., Ltd. (belonging to Phuc Son Industrial Park, Dong Hao Lu ward, Ninh Binh).
Representatives of the leaders of Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation said that immediately after the incident was spread on social networks, Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation directed the Industrial Zone Trade Union Board to coordinate with the Company's Trade Union to verify and clarify the incident.
Accordingly, the incident of two female workers scuffling with each other as in the clip shared on social networks occurred at the factory of VIENERGY Footwear Co., Ltd. on January 5, 2026.
The initial cause was determined to be due to personal conflict, so the two female workers rushed into a scuffle. The incident was later intervened by other workers and the two female workers returned to work normally.
However, by January 6, one of the two female workers had to be hospitalized for treatment. "Currently, this female worker is still being treated at the hospital. There are some bruises on her face" - a representative of the Industrial Zone Trade Union said.
Currently, the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation is assigning the Industrial Zone Trade Union to continue to coordinate with the grassroots trade union and the Company's leadership to resolve the matter.
