Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (MTTQ), Central Unions, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - emphasized the above at the conference summarizing the activities of mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State in 2025 and deploying tasks for 2026 organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on January 8.
Speaking at the closing of the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi Nga acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the Mass Associations assigned tasks by the Party and State in the past time, thereby affirming the role of the Mass Associations for the common success of the country in 2025 and this is a premise for the Associations to continue to promote in the coming time.
Emphasizing that mass organizations assigned by the Party and State play an important role in the great national unity bloc, Ms. Ha Thi Nga said that with this role, the Associations continue to closely coordinate to promote activities in a substantive and effective direction and make positive contributions together with the country to firmly step into the era of rich and prosperous development.
Accepting the discussion opinions of delegates attending the conference, Ms. Ha Thi Nga emphasized that, in the spirit of Conclusion 230-KL/TW dated January 5, 2026 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on arranging and streamlining mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State, Association organizations need to thoroughly grasp the content of Conclusion 230, proactively prepare steps in implementing upcoming tasks; at the same time, from the guiding content of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Associations need to prepare carefully to successfully organize the Congresses of organizations, especially preparing for the implementation of studying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that the Associations need to innovate the content and methods of operation in a new context and new models so that the implementation of activities is close to reality. Along with that, it is necessary to closely coordinate with the advisory committees of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to propose and unify the implementation content and proactively research and propose issues of great national influence to concretize into the task implementation plan of the Associations.
Also according to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, from the content of the directing speech of General Secretary To Lam at the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Unions, term 2025-2030, the Associations need to concretize their implementation in 2026 in the direction of "Clear people - clear tasks - clear progress - clear results - clear responsibilities"; strengthen social dialogue and criticism to "Listen to the people, speak for the people to understand, make the people believe"; promote digital transformation, build the "Digital Front" platform to receive, process, and synthesize the opinions of the People.
The Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front also requested that in the coming time, Mass Associations continue to thoroughly grasp and concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, policies and laws of the State related to the position, role, functions, and tasks of Mass Associations, ensuring proper operation, and soon overcoming shortcomings and limitations. At the same time, continue to promote innovation in content and methods of operation in the new context and new models so that the activities of the Associations truly achieve high efficiency and be close to reality.
At the same time, Association organizations continue to implement the arrangement of organizational structure at the central level in the direction of streamlining and operating effectively, immediately after being approved by competent authorities; continue to review and focus on affiliated legal entities, press agencies, and publishing houses to ensure effective operation, in accordance with the principles and purposes.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to accompany to implement the activities of Mass Associations assigned tasks by the Party and State effectively; seriously implement the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, best promote the potential and strengths of mass associations in socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security, maintain political stability, and consolidate the great national unity bloc," Ms. Ha Thi Nga affirmed.
Vice Chairman Ha Thi Nga wished that the Central Party Committees and the Central Party Office would continue to pay attention and closely coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front to jointly solve and remove difficulties, and promote the activities of Mass Associations.
Along with that, the Mass Associations continue to send their trust to the Vietnam Fatherland Front, share and unite towards a better future, strengthen exchanges and close coordination with socio-political organizations and other Mass Association organizations to achieve the best efficiency in task implementation.
