According to the criteria set of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model of the City Labor Federation, the Company's Trade Union self-reviewed and achieved 93/100 points. In 2026 and 2027, the Company's Trade Union will focus on raising the remaining low criteria, especially dialogue, collective labor agreements, spiritual and cultural life, soft skills, and legal propaganda. In the period 2028 - 2030, the Trade Union will maintain, standardize and improve the quality of the model; include the criteria in the annual work program; periodically summarize, evaluate, and commend collectives and individuals who perform well; ensure that the model becomes a regular operating routine of the Company's Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh - Vice President of the City Labor Federation proposed that the Company's Trade Union continue to improve the quality of negotiation and collective labor agreements, firmly grasp the needs of union members, and select issues that directly affect income, working conditions, welfare and employee attachment for dialogue and negotiation.

On the occasion of the launch of the socialist grassroots trade union model, the City Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances of Tongwei Co., Ltd. The fund to support capital for poor workers and employees of the City Labor Federation also propagated and introduced to workers about the fund products being implemented, helping workers access preferential capital sources and stay away from black credit.
